Our Cold Plunge is equipped with an advanced filtration system to maintain crystal-clear and hygienic water at all times. Here’s how it works:
- Advanced Filtration: The system continuously filters the water to remove impurities, keeping it fresh and clean.
- Oxidizer & Enzyme Cleaning Technology: We use a powerful oxidizer to break down contaminants and an enzyme cleaner to naturally dissolve oils, sweat, and organic residues, ensuring pure, chemical-free water without the need for harsh chemicals like chlorine or bromine.
- UV Light Sanitization: The built-in UV light further sterilizes the water, eliminating bacteria, viruses, and harmful microorganisms for a safe and refreshing experience.
To complement the filtration system, regular draining and refilling is conducted weekly to maintain optimal hygiene and water quality.

- Infrared Sauna: Thoroughly wiped down and sanitized between sessions with a weekly deep cleaning focusing on seating areas and high-contact touchpoints.

Client Hygiene Guidelines

- Clients are required to shower before using the cold plunge, red light mat, or infrared sauna or prior to arriving on the premises
- Towels are provided to minimize direct contact with surfaces and maintain cleanliness
