We’re excited to be part of your wellness journey! This guide will help you prepare for your first visit and get the most from our therapies.

Before You Arrive

  • Hydrate: Drink water beforehand to support detoxification and relaxation
  • Avoid Heavy Meals, Alcohol, or Drugs: Keep your body in optimal condition by avoiding these before your session
  • Shower: Please shower before using our facilities (onsite shower available)
  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, swimwear for the cold plunge, and a water bottle. Towels and robes are provided

When You Arrive

  • Check-In: Our friendly team will guide you through the space and introduce you to your selected therapies
  • Set Your Intention: Whether you seek relaxation, recovery, or renewal, take a moment to focus on your goals

Your Experience

Infrared Sauna

  • What It Does: Detoxifies, improves circulation, and relaxes muscles with deep-penetrating warmth
  • Recommended Duration: Start with 10-15 minutes, working up to 20-45 minutes as tolerated
  • Tip: Use chromotherapy lighting to enhance your experience

Cold Plunge (Contrast Therapy)

  • What It Does: Reduces inflammation, boosts circulation, and calms the mind
  • Recommended Duration: First timers 1-2 minutes, gradually increasing to 5-10 minutes
  • Tip: Focus on deep breathing to ease into the experience. See our breathing guide for techniques

Red Light Therapy

  • What It Does: Enhances cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and promotes relaxation
  • Recommended Duration: Start with 5-10 minutes, working up to 30 minutes
  • Tip: Position yourself comfortably and let the light work its magic

After Your Session

  • Warm Up & Recover: Allow your body to naturally regain warmth with gentle movement and/or heat-supporting drinks like our spiced herbal tea.
  • Cool Down: Allow your body time to adjust and return to balance
  • Hydrate Again: Drink water or enjoy a chilled Sodii Electrolyte drink to aid recovery and maintain hydration
  • Reflect: Savor the clarity, calm, and mental refreshment you’ve gained from your session

Making the Most of Your Visit

General Guidelines

  • Shower before using any facilities
  • Stay hydrated before and after your session
  • Avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before your visit
  • Remove any jewelry or metal accessories

Safety First

  • Inform us of any medical conditions
  • Listen to your body and don’t push past your limits
  • Follow staff guidance for a safe and effective experience

Enhance Your Results

  • Before Your Session: Arrive well-hydrated, avoid alcohol, and ensure you’re well rested
  • During Your Session: Stay present and mindful. Focus on your breathing, and don’t hesitate to ask questions — we’re here to support you.
  • After Your Session: Take time to rest, drink water and tune into how your body feels
